
Crystal D. Stewart
Crystal is a versatile litigator with a focus on misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, as well as general civil litigation, including contract, real estate, and business litigation. Crystal provides legal services throughout Wyoming, representing clients in municipal, circuit, and district courts, and in administrative proceedings. Crystal is an aggressive and talented advocate for her clients and is truly passionate about helping those in need. She fights tirelessly for those facing criminal charges and works diligently to obtain the best results.
Crystal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming in 2011. After college, she spent several years working as a criminal clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Castor of the Albany County Circuit Court. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2018 and is licensed to practice in Wyoming and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. She began her legal career as a civil litigator with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense. Crystal later joined Pence and MacMillan where she expanded her practice to pursue her passion for criminal defense. In 2024, she started Crystal D. Stewart, PC. Over her career, Crystal has defended numerous misdemeanor and felony charges and successfully argued for reduced sentences, probation, and dismissals. Crystal believes every person charged with a crime deserves a fair and competent defense and she prides herself on providing quality legal representation to each of her clients.
When Crystal outside the office, she enjoys socializing, spending time with her cairn terrier Chuck Barkley, golfing, and cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys. Go Pokes!
